    Repairs To Drr 455 Wilson-1.01 Repair to DRR by way of dismantling and rebuilding of teeth of 02 Nos. F.D. Pinions and 02 Nos. Gear Driven and p/f of bush -01 No along with removal of old worn bush and force fitting of the new bush in the assembly. Job is also inclusive of Periodical Servicing of the machine by way of flushing out of old lubricants and removing of old filters and p/f of M-oil filter- 01 no, diesel filter-01 set, M-oil- 16 ltrs, greasing of front roll, rear rolls, drive pinions with 10 kgs grease and topping of Gear oil with 08 litres for completing the gauge. Assembling of complete rear rolls (Both wheels) after completion of job. Complete job includes the cost of parts, labour and other tools and tackles required for job with all taxes. 2.01 Repair to self by way of replacement of worn out parts which includes carbon bushes, contact point and defective rods, armature etc. and ensuring complete insulation. The job further includes repair to alternator with replacement of armature, bearings, carbon brushes and retapping to field coil. The job also includes providing and fitting hose pipe- 01 set along with clamps, accelerator cable- 01 no. Complete job includes the cost of parts, labour and other tools and tackles required for job with all taxes 3.01 Providing and Fitting of new Battery 12V 150AH- 01 no. Complete job includes the cost of parts, labour (skilled and unskilled), carriage and other tools and tackles required for job with all taxes. 4.01 Rebate on a/c of old parts from S.No. 1 to 2(absolute)
