Renovation of Sree Venkatachalapathy Swamy, Sree Krishnar Swamy, Vinayagar Swamy sannadhis at Vadamalai Samudram,Padmaneri Chatram Kudieruppu in Kalakad Panchayat Union; 1 Dismantling the existing damaged Chipping of concrete and roughening the surface including all charges etc, complete 2 Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc completefor 10 cum. 3 Supply and delivery of wooden door with a size of 0.70x 2.00m including all charges etc. complete 4 Supply and delivery of wooden door with a size of 1.00 x 2.00m including all charges etc. complete 5 Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mixto 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc completefor10 Sqm 6 Supplying and erecting centeringshuttering includingnecessary supportsforetc., complete. 7 Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc.,as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications. 8 Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 83/4x41/4x21/4 for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. 9 Supplying and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance of bending to shape and tying in position and forming grills for all R.C.C works including cost and conveyance of all materials to site 10 Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mixto 10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete 11 Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight. 12 Painting two coats with oilbound distember of first class quality and of approved colour over aprimingcoat ,inculding through scrapping, clean removal of dirt etc. complete and inculding necessary plasterof paris , putty whereever required . 13 Painting two coats with approved exterior emulsion paintof first class quality paintover oldsurface and of approved colour over aprimingcoat ,inculding through scrapping, clean removal of dirt etc. complete and inculding necessary plasterof paris , putty whereever required . 14 Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
