For 171Th Cpwd Day Celebration At Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi - 1 Hire charges for providing and fixing i/c operation of Sony HD Video camera setup for video feed to video wall and stage Prompter inclusive of 4 Nos. HD video cameras, 2 nos. matrix switchers, 2 nos. video mixer with hot standby, laptop and other necessary accessories, cabling etc. inclusive of services of helper and video console operator etc. making connection, both side transportation and dismantling later on etc. as reqd. -- (for 1.5 day = 1 Job) 2 Hire charges for providing and fixing i/c operation of 4 Nos. Cannon make DSLR camera with professional cameramans complete with 2 no. porta lights and 1 no. cordless lapel etc. as reqd. -- (for 1.5 day = 1 Job) 3 Providing and making arrangement for Webcast link for live view of the event in consultation with competent authority of CPWD & direction of Engineer-in-charge complete as required at site. -- (1 Job) 4 Providing and making arrangement for Social Media coverage of the event in consultation with competent authority of CPWD & direction of Engineer-in-charge complete as required at site. -- (1 Job) 5 Hire charges for providing & fixing of Watch out server for seamless display of videos and PPTs during the event complete testing etc. before the event i/c dismantling after the event etc. as reqd. (Make: Dataton) -- (for 1.5 day = 1 Job)
