Tender For Catering, Upkeeping, Cleaning Of V.I.P. Guest House, Rest House No. 1 And 2 And Misc. Works Of Obra Project Hospital - CLEANING : Daily sweeping and cleaning of rooms, corridors, stair cases, conference hall, garages and servant rooms, lounges, entrance hall, roof and open area in and aroundV.I.P. Guest House & Rest House No.1, 2 and dining hall including dusting of furniture and fitting etc. including filling the water tanks and watering flower pots as per requirement, daily cleaning of Wash Basins, Mirrors, Bathrooms, W.C. Drains outside/inside, fixtures, Jugs with detergent like vim, surf, sanifresh, acid, phenyl, harpic etc. including daily washing and rubbing of floors inside and outside of rooms with insecticides / phenyl water as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including cost of all labour, material, T&P etc. complete (cost of all material/consumables as included in the items shall be born by the contractor). 2 HOUSE KEEPING : Running and maintenance of VIP Guest House and Rest House No.1, 2 including maintaining proper layout of furniture & fixtures maintaining good look, up keep of building throughout the contract period including laundry services of bed sheets bed covers, curtains, pillow cover, towels napkins, mosquito nets etc. Record keeping and safety of all furniture’s and fixtures provided in Guest House and Rest House No.1, 2 checking out visitors/ Guest with all necessary bills on receipt of authorization slip from competent authority. Arrangement to be made for briefing the visitors about the essential services immediately on arrival and as when required including registration, billing and other managerial function round the clock through care takers and attendants including reception as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge with cost of all labour, material, T&P etc required for proper completion of work. 3 CATERING : Providing kitchen services and catering in neat and clean utensils in the dining hall as per rates given in annexure with the help of suitable no. of cooks, helpers, waiters to cater the need of kitchen services and serving breakfast, meals, tea, coffee etc. including making available the kitchen facilities round the clock in VIP Guest House/ Rest House No.1, 2deployments of additional special class cooks and waiters during V.I.P. visit / parties ( items shall be paid as per rates provided in Annexure I&II) with cost of all labour, T&P etc complete. The waiters have to follow dress code as per instruction of department. 4 Providing cable connection for T.V. Sets provided in the V.I.P. Guest house so at to provide facility of various entertainment and news channels like Sahara, U.P. News, Cartoon Network, D.D. Sports, U.P. Aaj Tak, Star Gold, Star News, Zee-Cinema, Discovery Channel, Star Plus and Ten Sports etc. on T.V. Sets, including cost of laying main cable line distribution up to the T.V. Sets. Proper checked and available on T.V. Set & with proper arrangement including cost of entertainment and service tax as applicable for proper smooth running of TV. Sets provided in VIP Guest House. 5 Providing Hindi/English news papers (Dainik Jagran, Amar Ujala, Aaj, Hindustan, Times of India and Hindustan Times) daily in V.I.P Guest house/ Rest house no.-1 &2. 6 Attending following electrical faults of minor nature during odd hours holidays or when CEMD Staff not available. 7 Minor repairing of switch boards like sparking/loose connections etc, including replacement of switches/sockets if necessary. 8 Replacement of bulbs, holders etc in toilets, bath rooms, corridors etc, in emergency. 9 Washing/ Dry Cleaning of following usable things of Project Hospital 10 Bed Sheet 11 Pillow Cover 12 Towel 13 Curtain 14 Blanket
