M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc cating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensil strenght of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screwa as specified and as directed M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc cating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensil strength of 550Mpa as in Roof ridge, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed Dismantling wall and ceiling boards fibre, pulp, insulations etc or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness incl cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed. S & F of Providing and fixing HPSC PVC laminated one side Board 6mm thick in ceiling fixed with as per manufacturers instructions purpose, 60 X 60 cm size fixed with powder coated Gl frame work for ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre. including necessary GI wire hangers 2 mm dia for securing frame work to ceiling , and also including necessary notching complete complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for providing and fixing 12mm thick Gypsum board in ceilling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions complete all specified and as directed. M&L in repair PVC hollow wall panelling of 5mm thick any colour/design approved by engr in charge, inclusive of fixing on to wall incl moulding end caps fixed with PVC sleeves and screws as required at site complete all as specified and as directed. M&L in repair PVC hollow ceiling panelling of 5mm thick any colour/design approved by engr in charge, inclusive of fixing on to ceiling with frame incl moulding end caps fixed with PVC sleeves and screws as required at site complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down cement plaster on brick/ stone masonary including raking out joints, hacking for scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all specified and as directed. M&L Rendering 12 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on fair faces of Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, finished Even and Smooth,without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for 5mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 as on ceiling, soffits of RCC shelves, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, sub floor of flooring, paving, path etc surfaces finished even and fair to receive top layer complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed. M&L 60 mm thick factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block and shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed. Ditto all as per items no 16 above but except tile all as specified and as directed. M&L for factory made rubber molded coloured cement concrete chequered tiles 300x300x22 mm thick with grey cement and pigment, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match as in floors including 15mm thick screed bed to floor finishes in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
