| 16 | Dismantling & dismembering of 15M ROOF TOP TOWER GSM/WLL Tower consisting of structural steel work bolted in built up section (upto 15m height of tower) including cutting of nuts/bolts if required, Dismantling ofplatform ladder, etc de-hoisting of materials/members as well as stacking and sorting out the tower members/nuts and bolts including making bundle in groups (similar angles, plates etc) with binding strips and stacking all complete as per direction of Engineer Incharge. :The items includes for the following and nothing extra shall be paid on this accounts. (a) The agency shall take every precautions against the damages to the structure or near by structures while dismantling / dehoisting the tower. (b) Necessary safety precautions to protect the human-lives, insurance coverage to the labours etc. shall be the sole responsibility of the agency. (c) Nuts / bolts and washers dismantled shall be collected size-wise and kept in separate gunny bags (d) Item includes all operations, tools & plants, equipments, machinery etc. required for the work as well as safety measures as per the relevent IS codes. This charges are for dismantling of tower of approximate weight of tower upto 2.25 Metric tonne. |
| 17 | Dismantling of Wave guides , Feeder cables,antennas, Feeder Cable, Electric Cable, aviation lamp ,Spike Guard and Earthing G.I. Flats from top to bottom and rolling/bundling and stacking as per instruction of Engineer Incharge. Handover all material in good condition to Local BSNLAuthority at kekri.If any feeder cable / antennas / aviation lamp / spike guard/ electric cables is cut or damaged, the cost of material will be recovered from the agency. |
| 18 | Carriage of tower material from BSNL RTT site Sadar bazarkekri cityto BSNLNewRTTsite, kekri including loading, unloading, stacking in countable position. Due to local constraints at the old and new sites , all the tower material will have to be manually brought down from four floors and manually lifted up three floors to the new site. The rates includes the cost of all operatilons involved as above including 1 Km lead approximately. The wt of tower material is up to 2.50 MT. |

| 22 | Placing and embedding in position required number of foundation anchor bolts, nuts and template in each leg of RCC Column and beam of 3 -legged tower as per the structural drawing and agreement maintaining the levelling and verticality centre to entredistances accurately all complete as directed by Engineer In Charge. |
| 23 | Erection of Roof Top Tower upto 15M height at desired location and floor as decided by competent authority. This includes all labour and works involed in erection of tower, including shorting numbering etc. All complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. |

(The agency shall arrange for all the material ,labour, T &P etc. required for the work.) |

ISMB size 100x150mm at bottomin old RTT site sadar bazaar, Kekri and further carriage/ transporting all material to New RTT site at sadar bazaar , Kekri up to 1 Km leadand placing it 50 feet height mumty terrace with due care taking all safety measures / precautions and refixing at New site . The item includesdisamntlingandUnloading goods three floors down at old RTT site and lifting themfour floors up to the new RTT site , transportation, loading, unloading, lifting ,placingand refixing it as per site requirement and as per direction of Engineer Incgarge. |
