Overhauling of Resistance Box of 400 KW Fibrizer Motor, Scope of Work1-Dismentling of all the 13 tiers for three resistor banks, 2-Sorting out the usable resistor elements and cleaning the same and discarding the broken and burnt elements, 3-Cleaning and Zinc plating of all the spacer washers and machined MS spacers and the mounting rod and terminals, 4- Cleaning and plating of the MS enclosurs, 5- Provide new resistor elements requiredfor replacements of burnt and broken elements, 6-Provide new insulating mica tubes and mica washers (All old material will be scrapped), 7- All hardware to be replaced,8- Doing assembly of resistance tiers, 9- Complete the assembly of resistance boxes and bring down the connection by copper wire to terminals box, 10-Conduct final testing of resistance assemblya) Res.
