Making hole up to 30X30 cmin walls including making good the samewith non moduler bricks 15 Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 400 mm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 300x100x150 mm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 16 Stainless steel wire mesh 19 gauge (1.0mm) opening size 3/8 inch 17 Polishing in high gloss/matt finish melamine dear polish on wood work in required color/wooden shade texture with following process in the sequence as detailed below1. The surface to be polished is rubbed with sand paper 80/120 no, and then with sand paper of 160/180 nos2. Applying two coats of sealer with spray gun and allowing sufficient drying time for 1st coat and 2nd coat is allowed to dry for 8 to 12 hrs.3. On drying of sealer coat, wet rubbing with emery cloth of finer grading with ample water to remove excess sealer layer and make the surface further smooth after this wet rubbing, then surface is applied with special grade melamine fillers to fill all the small and big holes/grooves etc. Filler coat to be allowed to dry for 4 to 6 hrs on which again a light wet rubbing is done this surface is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs.4. On this, 1st coat of melamine polish is applied with spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner in required proportion This 1st coat is allowed to dry for 24 hrs then this dry surface is again fine wet rubbed smooth, which is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. The final melamine polish is applied with compressor pressute spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner mixed in required proportion complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge (Einal coat to be done in 1 or 2 layers without gap of time 18 Providing and fixing 12 mm hick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture , including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & douvle acting hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings all compete as per dircting of Engineer in charge (DDoor handle lock and stopper etc.to paid separately). 19 Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriageupto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment). 20 Fine dressing of the ground. 21 Supplying and stacking sludge at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (sludge measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment). 22 Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge 23 Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately)- Holes 45 cm dia, and 45 cm deep. 24 Providing & laying Selection no. 1 doob grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with required tools wooden and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light watering the same maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly,as per direction of officer in charge 25 Providing and displaying of Areca Palm having ht. 1.20 m to 1.50 m with 5 to 6 suckers, well developed, fresh and healthy with lush green foliage in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge. 26 Providing and stacking of Bottle palm of ht. 150-180 cm bottom girth 20-25 cm well developed in big poly bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge. 27 Providing and stacking of Phyllanthus emblica (Amla) of height 150-165 cm. in Big HDPE Bag as per direction of the officer-in-charge. 28 Round off
