| 18 | Labour for hoisting, fixing and erectionof 40 metre high Tower as per Departmental drawing & design with allits necessary components viz. climbing ladder, platform with railing and fixing with bolts, nuts and spring washers, necessary welding etc wherever required complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(NOTE: Rate includes cost of all operations involved in hoisting and erection of tower including hire and labour charges of tools, plants and machineries, insurance premium of labours etc and nothing will be paid extra). |
| 19 | Providing, supplying and fixing of missing members, galvanised steel tower material with average mass of zinc coating of 610gm/sqm (approx. 85 micron) consisting of angles, flats, base plates, gusset plates, ladders, connecting plates, bolts & nuts, plain/spring washers including making holes of required size, all fabricated as per approved drawing & specification for erection of tower. The galvanising shall be as per IS:4759. The structural steel for tower shall confirm to IS:2062 & fabrication shall be as per IS:4757.The tower shall be mounted by galvanised fastners with washers. |
