| 15 | Note:1.Multistorey structures /building means five/six storey buildings.2.The tenderer is deemed to have inspected the structures for dismantling / demolition and acquainted himself with their condition. The dismantling /demolition shall be done carefully, without causing any damage to the adjoining properties /DJB pipeline/Temple.3.The contractor shall at his own cost provide necessary barricading, danger signals and sign boards and also demarcate and isolate the working area so as to prevent unauthorized entry into premises and also ensure safety of persons and property in the vicinity of the area to be demolished.4.The description of the item of work given in the schedule of quantities should be read along with the specifications and the conditions of contract.5.The rate quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, GST, levies, duties, cost of insurance etc. apart from the cost of labour, tools, plants, fuel, consumables, etc.6.The contractor shall comply directions of Hon’ble NGT dt. 04.12.2014 & 10.04.2015 & EIA Guidance Manual issued in February 2010.7.The contractor shall take appropriate protection measures like raising wind breakers of appropriate height on all sides of the plot/area using CGI sheets or plastic and/or other similar material to ensure that no construction material dust fly outside the plot area.8.Contractor shall follow relevant the NGT orders and if any penalty is imposed by any Govt. agency the cost of same shall be borne by the contractor.9.The matter is being monitored by Hon’ble Delhi High Court , thus the work needs to be completed within stipulated timeline.10. The contractor has submit the salvage value (As decided by Engineer-in-Charge) of serviceable materials obtained from dismantling/demolition of all structures to DDA. |
