Tender For Thirumoozhikkulam Devaswom Paravur Group Pucca Repair And Maintenance To The Koothambalam And Providing False Ceiling To The Thidappally-- 1 Appendix I-Pucca maintenance to the Koothambalam 2 Dismantling tiled roofing with battens, boarding etc. complete including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead. 3 Supplying and fixing Anjily wood wrought and put up for roof members including cost and conveyance of materials etc. complete 4 Supplying and fixing Anjily wood reapers of size 50x25 mm with wire nails including cost and conveyance of materials etc. complete. 5 Supplying and fixing Dept. wood reapers of size 50x25 mm with wire nails including cost and conveyance of materials etc . complete. 6 Labor engaged for repairs to the doors : 2nd class carpenter engaged 7 Supplying 400 mm or nearest available size MP hip & ridge tiles 8 Supplying MP tiles 410x235 mm or nearest available size with single groove 9 Roofing with MP tiles 410x235 mm or nearest available size with single groove 10 Roofing with 400 mm or nearest available size MP hip & ridge tiles first class set in CM 1:4 including finishing the edges. 11 Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works 12 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead: With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : fine sand) 13 Varnishing with varnish of approved brand and manufacture:One or more coats with copal varnish 14 French spirit polishing :One or more coats on old work 15 Finishing roof tile with tile coat of required shade :Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing tiled roof) 16 Providing and fixing single scaffolding system on the exterior side, upto 5m height centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc.and maintaining it in a serviceble condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. 17 Appendix II - Providing V board ceilingand certain other repairs 18 Providing and fixing false ceiling with 6 mm thick non asbestos fiber cement board (V Board) ceiling of approved quality in GI/Aluminium alloy frame work with necessary screws etc.. Complete 19 Providing and fixing GI/Aluminium alloy frame work consisting of tee/ angle sections, of approved make in frames of false ceiling including aluminium angle cleats with necessary C.P brass/ stainless steel sunk Screws, intermediate channel, perimeter channel fixed to wall with stainless steel raw plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to L angle with necessary self thread screw 1 GI & drywalls screw 1 all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in charge 20 Supplying MP tiles 410x235 mm or nearest available size with single groovefor replacing damaged MP tile in thidappally and chuttambalam 21 Labor engaged for replacing the damaged MP tiles and repositioning the existing dislocated MP roof tiles in line and level : 2nd class carpenter engaged 22 carpenter IIndl class enagged for repairs to the thidappally door and Valiyambalam door
