    Tender For Civil Renovation & Allied Works Of Existing Premises Of Bob Cambay Main Branch, Anand R.O., Gujarat, India DISMANTELLING WORK The rate shall include buyback of old items & removal of debris from site to Outside Municipality Limits leads. Contractor shall visit the site before quoting the rates. Dismantling works by mechanical/ manual means of Plasters, Walls, marble, granite, kota, marble mosaic, vitrified/ceramic/any type of tile flooring & dado including skirting, Otla, Waterproofing, Plumbing Items, & other Civil/Furniture Item wherever required, etc for any floor or heights with scafoldings. In a manner which facilitates laying of new civil & furniture works without undue extra expense. Removing of Old Windows & M.S. Grills as per instructions. Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth and scrapping the surfaces for plaster works. To carry out the works mentioned below or as per instructions & all complete as per instructions of the Architect/Bank. 1A DISMANELLING OF EXISTING WALLS / PLASTER / FLOORING / WATERPRROFING ( Terrace Waterproofing (Approx: 1450 sq.ft.), Third Floor Slab Plaster (Approx. 800 s.ft.), Toilet Blocks- 4 nos size: 40x39, (Loose Plasters of the Whole Building at various locations including front elevation Vertical & horizontal architectural projections, Existing Flooring of First Floor (1400 sq.ft.) Removing Existing PCC, Tiles, Flooring/IPS/Any Surface on Walls, Existing Waterproofing, Doors/Windows/Ventilator/ Fabrication, Plumbing Lines & Vessels of the building by mechanical/manual means and preparing the surface below with removal of all debris for new works mentioned below. All complete as per instructions of the Architect/Bank.
