Renewal of Pan.No.1, Vapour line with bend– replacement workScope of Work:1. Dismantling of Damaged pan No.1 vapour line with bend from pan to jet condenser. 2. Fabrication and erection of Pan vapour line with bend from pan No.1 to condenser as per existing dimension (10mm thickness).3. Fabrication and Erection of Manhole door with cover in vapour line and providing of approach at vapour line bend at outside. 4. Providing proper support wherever necessary.5. The MS vapour line connected with SS jet condenser to be welded with SS Welding electrode.6. During erection if any existing Pipe lines, supports, platform, valves and nipple taping removal involves, contractor should repositioning the same without any extra cost.7. The Approximate weight of the contract work will be around 6.00MT.
