    Supply Of End Wall Assemblyend Wall Assembly,End Wall Assembly Not:-Mig Welding (131) Is To Be Read As Tig Welding (141) , As Per Drawing: Lg15195altd & Mdts 21332 Ver 0 Alongwith Shutter Complete /Lock Asse Mbly To Drg.No. 2 10113.0.76.300.012 Alt-R1 & Lw44318 Altc., Packing Instruction: 1. The Sup Plier Shall Pack The End Wall In A Suitably Designed Returnable Fixture In Such A Way Th At End Wall Shall Not Get Scratched, Damaged, Twisted During Transportation, Storag E And Lifting And To Avoid Scratches On Outer Surface. It Should Be Wrapped With Envir Oment Friendly Material And It Should Have Standard Clamping /Fastening Mechanism So That It Can Be Opened Easily. It Should Have Firms Identification Mark. 2. First Returanable Fixture Along With End Wall Be Retained By Rcf & This Fixture Shall Be Exch Anged In The Second Lot Supply And So On. At The End Of The Contact, The Firm Shall Col Lect The Remaining Returnable Packing Fixture From Rcf. 3. The Packing Fixture/Frame To Be Fabricated Having Sufficient Strenght To Bear Approximate 2 Tonne Load In Static & Moving Condition Of Two Coach Sets Of End Wall. 4. The Fixture /Frame/Pallet Should Be Designed So That The Packed End Wall Preferably Remain In Vertical Position To Minimize Surface Area. 5. It Should Also Be Suitable For Storage Of End Wallunder Open Sky.
