Tender For Work Of Making Composite Pit Near Mrf Center In Nagar Panchayat Patla - ordinary soil(loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom sand disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer i/c with in a lead of 50m. 2 Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete,including cost of form- work,in foundation and floors. 3 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 20 mm. guage approved stone grit im the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the works. strength of the concrete shall not beless than M-200.Same as above but for thelighterbeams i.e. having spans upto 6 m. (Using 1:1.5:3 Mix concrete) 4 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 20 mm. guage approved stone grit im the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the works. strength of the concrete shall not beless than M-200.but inR.C.C.Raft foundation and footingwithapproved stone ballast.(Using1:1.5:3Mix concrete) 5 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 20 mm. guage approved stone grit im the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the works. strength of the concrete shall not beless than M-200.but inColumn withapproved stone ballast.(Using1:1.5:3Mix concrete). 6 Class M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement coarse sand (of 2.20 fineness modulus) mortar infoundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. 7 PCC (1:2:4) cement c Sand with 20mm gauge approved stone ballest including. supply of all material,labour and tool and plants etc.S.I 279(a) 8 Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cementand Coarse sandmortar in Super structure including supply of all materials, labour tools and plants, etc. required for proper completetion of the work. 9 M.S. steel or plain work such as R.C.C or R.B. work including bending for proper shape as necessary including bending for proper complition of the work and including supply of all steel & wastages, bend hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured. S.I.NO. 504 10 12 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finshed even and smooth. (1) 1 cement : 4 coarse sand. 11 Mild steel or iron work in purlins and rafters including drilling holes and fixing in position and including supply of all steel and bolts and nuts, wastage, labour and tools and plant etc. required for proper completion of work (No material shall be issued by department) 12 Supply and fixing of Galvanized corrugated iron roofing in position including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc required for proper completion of work and including wastage. 0.80mm thick 13 Painting two coat over priming coat (but including cost of priming coat) on steel and other metal surfaces up to 10 cm. width or girth or small articles not exceeding 0.10sqm in area white superior synthetic enamel such as LUXOL3,Hi-gloss apcolite superlac, DULUX specified brushing to give an even shade and including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stoping including cost of all materials, labour tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.
