Tender For Renovation And Beautification Work In The Office Of The Police Officer. - Dismantling existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in-chargewithin a distance of 60 metre (200 feet). 3 M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand of 1.25 F.M.mortar in superstruture including necesssary thickness of brick as reqruired cutting & moulding of brick as equried thickness of walls not to be less than one brick including supply of all materieals labour tools& plants etc. reqruired for proper completion of the work 4 R.C.C work with cement , approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved slone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in slab excluding supply of reinforcement andits bending , but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W. G.G.I binding wire and shuttering tetc and supply of all materials labour tools & plants etc required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire . the rate excludes maing of drip course which shall be paid extra. 5 M.S (Tor steel or plain) work in plain work such as RCC or RB work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel and its wastage, bend, hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire. 6 Cement concrete with 2cm gauge approved stone grit,coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials,labour,Tools & plants etc.required for proper completion of the work. 7 Concrete with 4 cm gaugestone ballast coarse sandof 2.20 F.M. and cement in proportions of 8:4:1in foundation and under floors, including supply of all materials labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 8 12mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 10mm thick including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc.required for proper completion of the work. 9 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 10 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : 13.46.1 New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied@ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) 11 Providing & fixing of hold fast for chaukhatsof doors and windows. 12 Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. tower bolt black finish, (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete : (a) 250 mm x 10mm 13 Providing and laying Brick coba 12mm thick laid with M-150 class brick bat coba 750cm thick with gap of 15mm to each other 14 Wiring point for light with 1.0 sq.mm FR P.V.C. insulated multistrandsingle core Copper Conductor cable in P.V.C. conduit pipepartly concealedin wall&partlylaidin slab along with the reinforcement before concreting complete with 1.5 sq mm FR P.V.C. insulated multistrandsingle core Copper Conductor cable as earth wire drawn inside &piano typeswitch and ceiling rose/angle/batten holder on 3 mm thick phinolic laminated backelite sheet etccomplete in all respects as directed including matching colour wash. 15 Wiring point forfan. and light duty exhaust fan with 1.0 sq.mm FR P.V.C. insulated multistrandsingle core Copper Conductor cable in P.V.C. conduit pipepartly concealedin wall&partlylaidin slab along with the reinforcement before concreting complete with 1.5 sq mm FR P.V.C. insulated multistrandsingle core Copper Conductor cable as earth wire drawn inside &piano typeswitch and ceiling rose/angle/batten holder on 3 mm thick phinolic laminated backelite sheet etccomplete in all respects as directed including matching colour wash. 16 Supply & wiringofsubmainwithFR P.V.C. insulated1100 volts grade singlecorecopper conductorcable in heavygaugeP.V.C. coduit partly concealedinwall and partly laid inslab alongwith the reinforcement before concreting complete .2 x 4 sq. mm.With 1 x 2.5 sq.mm.
