Tender For Pit Repair Work After Laying Of Madpe Natural Gas Pipeline In Kaka Nagar - Excavation in faundation in odinary soil(loam clay or sand) inclunding lift upto 1.50M and lead upto 30M and Including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the bulding and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and romoval and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer incharge upto a distance of 30M from the foundation trenches. 2 Disposal of earth up to 8.00 Km from site including etc. all complete work. 3 Supply & Laying, spreading and compacting 53 mm to 22.4 mm size stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. 4 Relaying of interlocking tiles (labour only) 5 Providing and laying of interlocking concrete Block pavement having thickness 80 mm as per drawings and technical specification Clause 1504. 6 Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per disign, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 (1:2:4) coarse and fine aggregates confirming to 15 383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as perdrawing), spreading the concrete with shovels. rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints as per norms, applying debonding strips primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction, joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (Where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 including Cost of Polythene Sheet and Dowel bar and also including complete shifting of matrials & Concrete etc.(M-15) 7 Brick soling with strainght over burnt bricks with bricks laid on edge and dry with brick edging on both sides including preparation of subgrade to prescribed camber and including supply of bricks,filling joints with local earth of P.I. 5 to 7, spreading blinding coat 1 cm (3/8) depth of local earth over the entire surface and including supply of all materials, labour Tools & Plants etc. required for proper completion of the work
