Labour Contract For Quarters Repair Work- 1 Dismantling the existing damaged Door and fixing New Door with Frame including materials, labour,locking arrangements ( Hinges & Lock ) and including Painting.Backyard Door ( Outer Door) (1m x 1.80m) 2 Bedroom Door ( Inner Door) (1m x 1.80m) 3 Repair and Reconditioning of the damaged wooden door and Windows including removal of damaged part and provide new part (Window shutters,frames,hinges,flasses,locking materials and hooks etc,.) and including painting.Windows in bedroom & Hall with GI Mesh.( 1.80m x 1.20m) 4 Windows in bedroom & Hall with GI Mesh.( 0.90m x 1.20m) 5 Ventilator in Verandah & Toilets( 0.60m x 0.45m) 6 Roof Ceiling,Floors and side wall damaged portion inside and outside are chipping out,clean the portion and cement plastering. 7 Providing New RCC Ring for Septic Tank use with Earthwork behind the Quarters to a size of 3 mtrs depth with 1.2 mtr Round with necessary cover slabs & Air vents including Labour charges. 8 Damaged Toilet basin removed and fixed new Western type Toilet basin ( Asian, Parryware, Neycer ) with PVC Door for BathroomsBedroom 9 Common Bathroom 10 Removing Old Damaged Wooden with frame and Fixing New PVC Door for Bathrooms.Bedroom ( 0.80m x 1.80m ) 11 Common Bathroom ( 0.80m x 1.80m ) 12 Old damaged pipelines are removed and laying new 1 PVC taps with required length all fittings and PVC taps with waste water outlets in required places ( with 6 Taps and Heater Connection with Valve 1 set). 13 Dismantling Old damaged Washbasin and fixing New Washbasin ( Asian , Parryware, Neycer ) with PVC Pipeline with Tap and Waste water lines. 14 White washing in Ceiling portion in Hall, Dining, Kitchen, Bedrooms, Toilets, Verandah, Outer Sunshades) 15 Colour wash with Distemper in Interior ( Hall, Dining, Kitchen, Bedrooms, Toilets, Verandah) 16 Yellow Kavi Lime wash in Exterior with Border ( All arounds & Backyard ). 17 Cleaning of the Bushes and unwanted small trees etc., to the surrounding the building and from the earthern drain to drain outside waste water from sink bathroom and backyards portion. 18 Unforseen Items
