1. Dismantling of existing damaged B- vaccum XLR body plate. (Including side plate)2. Fabrication and erection of B-vaccum XLR body plate as per the existing necessary support (ribs) will be provided over the body & side plate.3. One coat of red oxide paint should be applied. 4. Water trial to be taken after completion of work If any leakages found it should be arrested immediately. 5. Sufficient welding is followed (Two layer inside & Two layer outside)6. Damaged rotating arms angle is to be removal by contractor scope.7. Necessary manhole door is to be provided.8. The approximate weight of the work will be 10 MT.9. After completion of work XLR trial is to be followed. It any correction need it should be attending by contractor scope.10. Work guarantee for one crushing season it any problem arise that work will be attending contractor immediately for free cost.
