| 14 | Dismantling and dismembering of Type I BTS Shelter size approx. 2.13m x3.13mx2.76m including High sensitive AC shelter Box and Free cooling shelter Box, made of PU foamwall, floor and roof pannels , Roofing sheets , Flooring Ply sheet, Antistatic Flooring , Door, M.S. Girder Section etc. carefully. Including sorting of Shelter members, fixtures and fittings of door like hinges , latch lock etc. properly Complete and lowering of all materials from terrace at G+12 level to Ground as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate are inclusive of all above operations including Electronic Weighment Charges, Toll Taxes , insurance Charges of man and materials in visinity , providing G.I. binding wires, wooden boxes and gunny bags for which nothing extra shall be paid to the Agency. The small articles received shall be packed in a wooden box/plastic bag arraned by the Agency. |
| 15 | Dismantling steel work in built up section in angles , tees, plates and channels including all gusset plate bolts ,nuts cutting rebates, welding etc. including dismantling and lowering of all materials from terrace at G+12 level to Ground and stacking within 50 m lead as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including arranging necessary scaffolding etc. for dismantling of 9.0 m/6.00m monopoles and allied structures. The rate are inclusive of all above operations including Electronic Weighment Charges, Toll Taxes , insurance Charges of man and materials in visinity , providing G.I. binding wires, wooden boxes and gunny bags for which nothing extra shall be paid to the Agency. |
| 16 | Note:1.The item also includes for following and nothing extra shall be paid :(a) The agency shall takeevery precautions against the damages to the structure of nearby structures while erectingthe tower.(b) Necessary safety precations to protect human lives, insurance cover to labour etc.shall bethe sole responsiblity of the agency.(c) Item includes for all operations, T&P, equipments, machineryetc. for the work as well as safetymeasures.2. Measurement : Themeasurement shall be done on job basis as given intheadditional conditions forthe tower. |
