Dismantling and disposal of Existing Buildings without Land including Clearing the site up to Ground Level of Nivedita Nursing Block-I \"As Is Where Is Basis\" by carrying out the following operations as per details given in scope of work.1. Dismantling/Demolition of the existing structures (G+1).2. Disposal of debris/unserviceable material/melba by mechanical transport to approved MCD & BHU dumping ground or C&D (Construction and Demolition) waste recycle plant for all lead.3. Taking away all serviceable/useful materials including cleaning and levelling the site complete, as per satisfaction of E- in-C.Note:1. The quoted bid amount shall be the net amount to be deposited by the contractor in favor of BHU, in the form of Demand Draft payable at BHU, in lieu of taking away the serviceable/useful material after due consideration of the expenditure to be incurred by the contractor, for execution of all activities as mentioned in NIT.2. All other charges including necessary permissions, MCD Dumping ground/Recycling charges, Traffic NOC, or any other statutory charges for Dismantling, Demolition and Disposal etc shall be borne by the Contractor.
