Putting of stop logs, dismantling of old damaged / deteriorated rubber seals of the spillway gate by cutting / removing counter sunk screws, dismantling of flat strip and after dismantling making seal base & flat strip surface smooth/even by scrapping, cleaning, welding and grinding complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 1 No. bottom flat Neoprene Rubber seal size ( L 18.6 mtr x 75 mm x 15 mm) and 2 No. sideJ-type \"Neoprene Rubber seal with Teflon coating size (L15.25 mtr. x H 100 mm x15 mm) (as per drawing) (Indian Rubber / Lion make) and (90x2+180 = 360) No. Allen pan head counter sunk bolts (Dia18 mm x H 40 mm) packing of seals as required(as per drawing)to prevent any water leakage and finally extraction of stop logs for Spillway Gate No.5 of Jateon barrage complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of seal packings for spillway gate to prevent any leakage of water from the gate complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of silt / muck deposited in the stop log gates surrounding area and hollow portion of stop log gates during extercation of stop log gates (under water) andcleaning and preparing surface even smooth of stop log gates to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge..
