I. Work Experience of Contractor: - 1. In the last 5-year contractor should have experience in preassembling, erecting the Heavy equipment’s above 12 mt elevation in the running plant brown field project means activity to be carried out in plant running condition without causing disturbance to plant operations2. Earlier work orders and contact no of the client to be furnished along with the quotation. 3. The skill set of the working team should be good and competent enough for executing the activity. Also, certified foreman, Fabricator, and riggers to be deployed at the work site. 4. Except assembly of technological duct, Balance whole activity to be completed in 7-10 days with two shifts day <(>&<)> night shift. II. Job Scope of contractor: - 1. The execution included approx 15 ton structural mild -critical assembly <(>&<)> erection <(>&<)> ,25 ton technological duct assembly <(>&<)> erection ,32 ton duct with supporting structurs dismantling,4 ton insitu fabrication-erection ,Duct saddle support fixing ,2 nos damper fixing, 2 nos expansion below fixing with pre shutdown <(>&<)> shut down with commissioning activity. 2. The above activity is to be carried out in single phases, during the shutdown period. 3. During shutdown the activity to be carried out on 24 X 7 and the shutdown time is 7-10 days. 4. Dismantling need to be done in a such a way that the equipment can be reused in another location. 5. The erection to be carried out in the running site at an elevation of 9 mts, 15 mts elevation. 6. Removing existing louvers, vertical claddings and erecting the new supports and platforms and refixing the same after completing the above erection. 7. Shifting the material from Stores to the job site and scrap from job site to stores is in contractor scope - Trailer and Hydra will be provided by M/s AMNS. 8. Vendor should immediately deploy 10 skilled manpower for assembling of ducting from the issue of workorder. 9. All equipment assembling activity should be completed before shutdown. 10. Minor/major modification of existing structural/technological member while connecting the new members to existing members need to be done, based on the field requirement. 11. Dismantling of existing structural/technological members needs to be done based on the field requirement. 12. All consumables such as welding electrodes, working tools <(>&<)> tackles, DA <(>&<)> oxygen cylinders, grinding wheels, ovens for welding rods and welding machines etc. are in vendor scope. 13. 3 coat painting need to be done for in situ fabrication structures. 14. Assembly and alignment of equipment members are in contractor scope. 15. Any temporary Bed for assembly of equipment is also in contractor scope. 16. Approach platform, staircase, fixing of gratings and handrail installation/modification is considered in the above services. 18. All lifting and working tools such as welding machines, cutting sets, slings, D shackles, chain pulleyblocks are in the contractor’s scope and TPI certificate to be furnished at the time of entry. 19. Any external issues outside the plant to be handled by the contractor. 20. supervisor with not less than 4 years’ experience to be appointed till completion of the job. 21. Safety is the prime concern and responsibility, any deviation in safety will lead to termination of the contract. 22. All workers should entry with AMNS scrum system. 23. Risk assessment on job at site to be before executing the erection activity. 24. Daily activity to be started only after receiving the approved permit from the respective engineer. 25. Accommodation of the work men is in the contractor scope. 26. After completion of the job the scrap to be removed from this area as directed by AMNS engineers. III -HSE: 1. The vendor should adhere to all the safety standards as per AMNS, HSE policy. 2. The vendor should issue PPE like Shoes, Gum Boots, Helmets, dust mask, safety hand gloves, safety googles, face shields etc. and other mandatory safety equipment. 3. Daily Toolbox talk to be imparted for all workmen before start of job in coordination with project executive. 4. All the statutory requirements i.e., insurance/ESIC <(>&<)> PF etc. of the labors is in the scope of the contractor also contractor should provide fitness certificate of height. 5. Any violence in safety will lead to penalization of 5% to 10% of order value for first 2 warnings <(>&<)> 3rd time will be leads to termination and closing of the work order. 6. All the activities that are executed under the contract should come under the HIRA and SOP Bank of M/S AMNS <(>&<)> the team working need to attend training programs to become well-versed with the procedures <(>&<)> then need to be deployed for field activities, after wards based on site safety review, the team must attend safety training programs (minimum requirement is 10 man-days/ Fortnight). 7. Job safety analysis will be carried out and documented by M/S AMNS, and the same is to be strictly adhered while carrying out execution. 8. M/s AMNS Safety officer is having right to hold the activity at time if at all any unsafe condition is noticed. 9. For all lifts an erection plan to be made and after signing the document by safety officer and M/s AMNS erection engineer clearance will be given. Billing 1. Bill will be processed only after completion of shutdown as against actual. M/s AMNS scope: - 1. Power for the electrical tools and equipment’s, Drinking water and construction water inside plant premises. 2. Earth moving equipment’s such as 1 Hydra, 1 Trailer and 1 no of telescopic Crane required for erection the activity will be provided by M/s AMNS. 3. Drawings are required for the erection and assembly to execute the job. 4. All the materials such as steel plates, paints, fasteners, and raw materials required for the job shall be given by AMNS and reconciliation to be done for all the materials. 5. Scaffolding supply and installation <(>&<)> manlifter is under AMNS scope. 6. Any type of dry dust cleaning is under AMNS scope.
