Dismantling & reinstallation of existing Out door units associated with VRF AC system at Ground floor, MC Hub, MJN MC&H, Cooch Behar.- 1 Hiring charges for necessary equipments like Rope & pulley etc. along with necessary equipments for dismantling each ODU from its position &lowering & repositioning the each unit from roof top to 1st floor [approx 10.8mtr] safely without damaging any parts etc. and Deputation of manpower for lowering the Out door units from roof top to 1st floor level for further installation (Tools Hiring Charges + 8 Nos Semi-skill Manpower @ 432 + 10 Nos Un-skill Manpower @ 393 for 1 days [ 6000 + 7386, total Rs.13,386.00 as per direction of EIC [for 06 nos VRF ODUs]Sub Head-02 Different electrical works associated to AC ODU 2 Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded FR PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required 4x126/0.4 (16 sqmm) + 2x80/0.4 (10 sqmm) as ECC 3 Laying of cable as below, on existing Cable Tray and binding withsuitable size GI wire. Upto 50sqmm [for 6 run 4core 16sqmm copper unarmoured power cable from 1st floor Panel room to AC ODU backside of the building] 4 Supplying and fixing PVC Rigid Conduit FR [Precision Make] on wall, ceiling with saddles and other accessories as required and mending good damages to building works. 25mm 5 Supplying & Fixing GI waterproof type looping cable box size200x 150x100 mm deep having 4 mm thick comprising of one 250V dd 15 A kit-kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator, onecompression type brass cable gland for upto 2- core 16 sqmmPVC/A cable and having lined with rubber gasketted GI top coverwith brass machine screws etc., earthing terminal with lug, onsteel tubular pole near base, including S&F 40x6 mm thick, MSclamps with bolts, nuts etc. including painting with anticorrosivepaint[For making joint between old existing cables to new power cables] 6 Fixing only TPN MCBDB in Sheet Steel enclosure (4 to 12 way) on flat iron frame on wall 7 Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes. as per G S16 sqmm 8 SUB-HEAD 3-- Structural works for installation of ODUs Supply, fabrication & fixing a ladder type construction with 2nos MS U angle 50X30x30 used as rails 2ft apart from each other & 40x20x20 MS U angle/channel approx 4ft apart from each other or as per dimension of each ODU for installation of VRF AC ODU [06nos] at a certain height from the roof level as per direction EIC. cost is including of all welding, painting, nut bolts for fixing the ODU etc. 9 Making one set of scaffolding only for replacing glass panels, painting, uprooting plant and another repairing works of building and S&P works for external works only with 10 cm. dia bamboo as main posts at the rate of 1 metre centre to centre and 7.5 cm. dia bamboo ties @ 0.75 metre apart fitting and fixing with necessary coir, nails etc. as per direction of the Engineer-incharge. a)3.90 metre height 10 Sub head-04 Copper pipe relaying & connection worksSupply of follwing items for existing copper pipe relaying & welding etcCopper brazing Rod 11 Gas for brazing work (Zapp gas Cylinder-400ml) 12 Copper elbow (16SWG) size 7/8 13 Copper coupling (16SWG) size 7/8 14 Reducing Union 1/4X5/8 FL 15 Nitrile rubber insulation for liquid line (7/8IDX19mm) 16 Refrigerant gas [FlORON HFC 410A] 17 Deputation manpower for overall servicing of the defective AC units & performing the Copper pipe laying & insulation, Brazing the pipes, installation of different spare parts like expansion valve, dryer, refrigerant charging, leakage testing with nitrogen etc. as per direction of EIC
