Tender For Attending Repair Works In 72 Tngrhs At Vellore Phase Ii, Vellore Under The Am Of 2024-25; 1 Dismantling the existing damaged ceiling plastering & clear the debris away from the site and RE- Plastering in C.M 1:3 (one of cement and three of sand)12mm thick for bottom of sunshade, ceilingin all floors, including scaffolding, curing ,finishing etc complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. 2 Supplying and fixing of Porcelain (Vitreous china ) white Colour Oriya type Indian water closet of size 580 mm x440 mm confirming to IS 2556 (Part III) of 1981 (glazing inside only) of approved makewith P or S trap, including concrete filling the sunk portion with brick jelly lime concrete proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12½ by volume(No sand) and top 75mm thick brick jelly concrete in CC 1:8:16 (one of cement, eight of sand and sixteen of broken brick jelly) using 40mm size brick jelly including plastering the sides of sunk portion in Cm 1:3 (one of cement and three of sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound at 2Kg / m2 and top left rough to receive the floor plastering but including antisyphonage connection, including one coat of bitumenfor the sides, bottom and curing etc., complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers in all floors (The quality and brand of IWC shall be got approved from the Executive Engineer before supply) (Other thanground floor) 3 Supplying and fixing of following diameter PVC SWR Pipe including packing the joints with rubber lubricant and fixing in to wall with wooden plugs, screws, holding clamps etc., all completecomplying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer. 4 110mm dia PVC pipe 5 75mm dia PVC pipe 6 Run of main with 4 wires of 4 Sqmm Copper PVC insulated unsheathed single core Multi Strand Fire Retardant 1.1 KV grade copper cable with ISI Mark conforming to IS:694/1990 andwith continuous earth by means of 2.5 sqmm copper PVC insulated unsheathed single core Multi Strand Fire Retardant 1.1 KV grade copper cable with ISI Mark conforming to IS:694/1990in fully concealed 32mm dia rigid PVC conduit pipe with ISI mark etc. including cost of all materials, specials etc. all complete and as directed by the departmental officers 7 GST @ 18%
