    Tender For Dismantling 24M Rtt At Kareelakulangara Transportation of 24.0 mtr RTT materials by mechanical transport from Kareelakulangara to Kayamkulam TE compound (nearly 6 km) , including sorting, loading, unloading and stacking at tower site including all incidental charges. 4.00 MT One MT 2 Fabrication of tower bolt template assembly with 3 Nos of 600x600x4 mm plate connected with MS angle 45x45x6 mm on all four sides with 4number of 10 mmdia holes and bolts in each plate including making 12 number of 32mm dia holes in each 4mm plate as per actual on site position of the foundation bolt and supplying the whole assembly in Maladevarkkunnu site. 2.00 Job One Job 3 Carefully dismantling Three / four legged roof top communication towers (upto 24 Mtr height and buildings up to floor V level) manually including dismembering MS hot dipped galvanised Structural sections of the Tower viz.angles,flats, Channels ,gusset plate, bolts, nuts , ladder, working platform ,antenna fixtures Lightning Arrestor etc and stacking within 50 Mtr lead,including Providing sufficient safety measures, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer - in Charge. ( The rate includes the cost of insurance charges and all labour involved in the operation including hire charges and mobilisation charges of tools and plants etc.and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.) 4.00 MT One MT 4 Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - incharge 9.60 cum One cum 5 Disposal of building debris including loading, mechanical transportation and unloading at approved dumping ground within a lead of 5 km. 9.60
