Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, glats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and staking within 50 metres lead.

Demolishing cement concrete manually by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavatory) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm om plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils are directed within a lead of 50m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level:

1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources

Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete.

Shifting and dismantling structure steel mentioned in item no 15.18 of DSR 2023, including transportation, loading, unloading. Staking the material within the range of 2km as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Re-installation of dismantled structure steel mentioned in item no. 15.18 of DSR 2023, including cost of labour, hydra, welding in line and level as directed by Enginerr-in-charge.
