| 11 | Dismantling the existing ground base self supporting 40 metre GBT (4L-NB) Tower of weight approximate up to 10.00 MTincluding followings. (This operation is only for labour charges for dismantled of Tower including its all members & fixtures). |
| 12 | Dismantling of all Tower members including disassembling, lifting, dismemberingof ladder, working platform, wave guide rack, lighting arrestor, lighting arrestor pipe stand, earthing system, dome light & its system at any level of toweretc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The item also includes sorting, preparing list of each dismatled tower members, nuts, bolts &washers etc. to stack at site.The item also includes cutting the any size of nuts & bolts wherever required, and applying rust removing solution etc if required. |
| 13 | Notes : The item includes the following & nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (1) The necessary safety precaution to protect the human lives, insurance coverage to the labours etc. shall be sole responsibility of the agency. (2) Item includes for all above operations, tools and plants, equipments, machinary etc. required for the work as well as safety measures as per the relevant IS codes. (3) The agencyshall take every precaution against damageto thenearby structures while dismantling the tower etc.Any damage shall be sole responsiblity of the agency. (4) The measurement shall be made on the job basis and nothing extra shall be paid for electronic weighing machine but the charges of transportation & electronic weighing machine are included in item No. 2of shifting transportation dismantled tower material. |
| 14 | (a) 40 metre heigh ground base NB Tower. |
| 15 | Shifting / Transportation of all tower materials/ prefab shelter material and other allied fixtures like tower foundation bolts, templates, all the structural members of tower, ladder and safety cage material including clamps etc. wave guide rack materials, nuts, bolts and washers etc. shall be tranported by maintaining the safety precautions to avoid any damage. |
| 16 | (a) Transporting of tower material 10 MT (aprrox.) from Sectoe 28 Gandhinagar to Jagatpur / Naroda / Shaibaug / Vatwa store including loading, unloading, stacking etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 17 | Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. (Payment shall be made as per tractor trolley measurement) |
| 18 | Deduction for the cost for taking over the old material obtained from dismantling and demolishing as on where is basis. |
