Scope: 1. Preparation Of Surface (Leveling): Repairing The Minor Damaged Cement Flo Oring Due To Formation Of Dents And Pot Holes And Repair With Suitable Epoxy Mortar Material Epocrete And Make Surface Suitable For Flooring. The Entire Area Will Be Properly Cleaned On The Concrete Surface/Floor Va Cuum The Joints If Necessary To Remove All Loose Material And Mix The Mortar With Proportionate Staroxy Ma Terial For Ensuring Surface Consistency. Scrape Off The Excess Material To Be In Flush With The Floor Surface. A Llow The Mortar To Cure For Minimum 6 Hours. 2. Application Of Two Component Epoxy Resin Primer I.E. (Resi N And Hardener) To The Prepared Surface And Filling Of Holes And Cracks By Epoxy Screed. 3. Application Of S Elf-Leveling Base Coat 02Mm To The Required Surface By Suitable Tools. Remove Air Bubbles In Applied Solutio N If Any And Clear The Surface From Any Other Defect Immediately. 4. Application Of Self-Leveling Final Top Coa T 01 Mm To The Required Surface By Suitable Tools. Remove Air Bubbles In Applied Solution If Any And Clear Th E Surface From Any Other Defect Immediately.
