Dismantling of existing/old: 9” brick walls of pantry to make opening for fixing of door, stacking the useful materials, and collapsible shutter i.e. re-use of bricks and dismantling of exiting wall and floor tile of toilets and removal of debris away from site 1 job Lump Sum 2. Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means(hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas(exceeding 30 cm in depth,1.0 m in width ) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m as directed by Architect/ engineer incharge 1.70 cum 3. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone –III) derived from natural sources :10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 0.34 cum 4. First class brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth laid in cement, sand mortar 1:6 in F&P 1.06 Cum 5. D.P.C. 4cm thick of CC 1:2:4 with two coats of hot bitumen 1.50 sqm 6. Construction of First class brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth , brick walls 9” thk 9’-0” high and with cement, sand mortar 1:5 including curing.
