(3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:2:4 for the R.C.C. raft foundation and footing with 4 cm. (1-1/2) gauge approved stone ballast. excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work binding wire cost being included in the item. 6 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:2:4 for slabs excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24) B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work binding wire cost being included in the item. 7 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:2:4 for the lighter beams i.e. having spans upto 6 meters. excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work binding wire cost being included in the item. 8 R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1-1/2;3, for the R.C.C. columns excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work binding wire cost being included in the item.As in item no. 283 but on R.C.C. columns in 1:1-1/2:3 Rate as in item No. 288 above. 9 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness),including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers,abutments, posts and struts etc. including cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) Upto Plinth Lvl 10 Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein. 11 Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage & over lapping & hooks. 12 First Class brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar in the super-structure including necessary cutting and moulding of bricks as required and also including honey comb brick, work thickness of wall not to be less than 11/2 brick thick, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 13 Providing & Laying of 8 to 10 mm thick ivory or light Item shade Vitrified tiles of 600 mm X 600 mm size in flooring or skirting laid with 1:3 cement mortar (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finishing with cement slurry & with pigment grouting & polishing complete i/e supply of all materials, labour T& P required for proper compection of work 14 Providing and fixing 18 mm thick Granite (gang saw cut), mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished. machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1) cement: 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high glossy finish etc. complete at all levels. (b) Slab area above 0.5 Sq.m 15 Providing edge moulding to 18mm thick granite stone, including machine polishing to edge to give high glossy finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer in Charge. 16 Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab colour of Black, Cherry/Ruby Red or equivalent 17 Providing and fixing dry cladding upto 10 metre heights with White sand stone - 30mm thick gang saw cut stone with (machine cut edges) of uniform colour and size upto 1mx1m, fixed to structural steel frame work and/ or with the help of cramps, pins etc. and sealing the joints with approved weather sealant as per Architectural drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The steel frame work, stainless steel cramps and pins etc. shall be paid for separately).White sand stone 30mm thick gang saw cut stone. 18 12.5 mm thick fully Perforated Gypsum Board tile made from plasterboard having glass fibre conforming to IS: 2095 part I, of size 595x595 mm, having perforation of 9.7x9.7 mm at 19.4 mm c/c with center borders of 48 mm and the side borders of 30 mm, backed with non woven tissue on the back side, having an NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.79, with 50 mm resin bonded glass wool backing. 19 12 mm thick plaster with cement mortor in proportation of 1:4 cement & fine sand of 1.25 F.M. 20 15 mm cement plaster on rough side al single or half brick wall with cement mortar of mix (All floor) 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Coarse Sand ) 21 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 22 Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on new work with two coats to give an even shade, including supply of all material labour and T&Petc, Required for proper completion of the work 23 Same as in above tem no 22 of this boq but for each coat of water proof cement paint after the first two coast to give an even shade. 24 Finishing walls with Textured exterior paint 3:28 Ltr. per 10 Sqm of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undacorated wall surface to give even shade including curing, cost of all materials, Inbours, TaP etc. required for proper completion of the work. For two coats over one cost of primer applied 2.20 Ltr 10 Sqm. 25 Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) 26 Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm) 27 Filling the gap in between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/Stone work by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality as per architectural drawings and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete. Upto 5mm depth and 5 mm width 28 Providing & Laying brick bat coba 100 mm thick laid with M- 150 class brick bat coba 7.50 cm thick with gap of 15 mm to each other, over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 cement and coarse sand mixed with water proofing compound spreading cement slurry mixed with aerelic cement concrete water proofing compound filled gaps of coba & top of coba mortar mixed with water proofing compound in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar finished smooth & top mashed false square 30 cm X 30 cm and side wall parapet shall be monotythic plaster wall upto 30 cm higher and junction and corner shall be rounded by brick ballast cement and coarse sand and masonry coba with top finishing plaster mixing with acetic water proofing compound @ 2% by weight & Including supply of all materials labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of works. 29 Providing and laying design mix Cement concrete prepared with batch mixing machineof M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately).Note:- Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340 kg/cum. The Marker shall support a load of 13.635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 The Reflective panels shall consist of number of tenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face. Lenses shalt be moulded of methyl methacrylate conforming to ASTM 0788 of equivalent. The slop or retro-reflecting surface shall preferably be 35+1-5 degree to base and the area of each retro -reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.00 sqcm. the marker height shall not be less than 10 mm and shall not exceed 20 mm & Width shall not exceed 130 min. The base of the marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm all road studs shall be legibly marked with the name, trade or other means of identification of the manufacture, epoxy Installations, excess adhesive around the edge of the marker, excess adhesive on the pavement and adhesive on the exposed surfaces of the markers shall be immediately removed. The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel to the Engineer In addition a two year warranty for satisfactory infield performance of the finished road marker shall also be given by the contractor who carries out the work of fixing of reflective road markers. In case the markers are displaced, damaged get worn out or lose their reflectivity compared to stipulated standards, the contractor would be required to replace alt such markers within 15 days of the intimation from the Engineer at his own cost The rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.
