Tender For Miscellaneous Repair And maintenance At Mch And Other Wards Of Mdm Hospital, Jodhpur, 1 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meter lead:For thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm. 2 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish :20mm thick. 3 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead With cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 4 Grading roof for water proofing treatment withwater proffing compoundCement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 5 Providing & laying broken glazed titles on roof ( broken glazed tilesnot less than 9 Kg/Sqm) on top of hot bitumen @ 1.7 Kg/Sqm. Opening all joint and cracks and filling them with nano technology crack filling hydrophobic chemical with 2/3 coats. then after drying doing a PCC coat on cracks. One coat of nano technology hydrophobic/oiliophobic primer. Nano technology water proofing treatment in3 coats non silicon based applied with fiber mesh sheets in medium. Nano technology thermal insulation coating highly elasticity in nature with 3 coats with 1000 micron width.2top coats of anti stain, anti slippery, natural transparent high shine chemical for better life of the treatment. 7 Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge) includingfinishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : 8 Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 9 Providing and Placing in position suitable PVC water stops conforming to IS:12200for construction/ expansion joints between two RCC members and fixed to the reinforcement with binding wire before pouring concrete etc. complete : Serrated with central bulb (225 mm wide, 8-11 mm wide) 10 Supplying and providing of two components poly sulphide sealant containing solid contents, confirming to standard specification and approved compatible primer, for priming vertical faces prior to application of poly sulphide sealant including all labour charges for sealing of expansion joints after drill mixing of two components sealing compound.
