    Supply Of Bogie Frame Assly (Machined) For Air Spring In Secondary Suspension For Lhb Coachesbogie Frame Assly (Machined) For Air Spring In Secondary Suspension For Lhb Coaches,Bogie Frame Assly (Machined) For Air Spring In Secondary Suspension For Lhb Coaches To Drg No: (A) 66703001, Col.I Alt.B (Or) (B*) 834-0-3-002, Alt A Suppliers Commitme Nt Will Be There To Supply As Per Drawing-(A) (For Lhb Non Ac Air Spring Coaches), Or As P Er Drawing -(B*)(For Lhb-Ac Air Spring Coaches) *For Identification Purpose Of Bogie Fram E, (I)Drg (A) Shall Be Marked With Yellow Paint On Brake Beam End Face On Both Sides Of B Ogie Frames And N227 Is To Be Punched In Letter Height Of 10Mm After Year Or Availble Space On Other Location Of Bogie Number Plate, (Ii)Drg (B), A242 Is To Be Punched In Letter Height Of 10Mm After Year O R Availble Space On Other Location Of Bogie Number Plate --- The Ratio Of Supply Between (A) & (B) H As To Be Confirmed Before The Issue Of Purchase Order. Rate Quoted Will Be Applicable T O Both Drawing-(A) And Drawing-(B). Special Condition : The Material Specification For Plate S Of Various Thickness Used For Fabrication Of Bogie Frame Will Be As Per En10025, Part-5 , 2005 . Grade S355 J2w+N ,In Lieu Of Earlier Specified Material Grade St 52.3 And S355 J2 G3 , En10025/29 In Various Related Sub Assembly And Component Drawings And Specn.Mdts-21 3, Rev-04 Or Latest And Mdts-166, Rev-02 Or Latest Shall Be Generally Followed. Time Lag Between Shot Blasting And Painting Should Not Be More Than 30 Minutes In Any Case.
