Construction Of Beutification Of Bada Bazar Tiraha - Dismantling of flexible pavement (bituminous course) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of I kilometre as per 2 Excavation in foundation in odinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50m and lead upto 30M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the spacae between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directd by the enginer upto a distance of 30 M foundation trenches. 3 Disposal of earth up to 8.00km from site including etc all complete work. 4 Cement concretre with 4cm gauge approved stone ballast coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all matetials labour tools & plant etc requrad for proper completion of the work 5 M-150 Brick work in 1:3 one cement and four course sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials labour t&p etc required for proper completion of the work 6 RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm gauge stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in slab wall etc excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24BWG GI binding wire and including neccessary centering and shuttering etc and supply of all materials labour and tool & plants etc required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire the rate excludes makings of drip course wihch shall be paid extra. 7 MS (tor or plain) plain work such as rcc or rb work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel and its wastage bend. Hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire wastage including supply of all labour material t&p etc required for proper completion of the work 8 P/L of 12mm thick cement plasterin 1:3 cement & c sand mortar 9 Providing and fixing 18mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished premoulded and prepolished machine cut for kitfhen platforms vanity coounters window sills facias and similar locations of required size approved shade colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (I cement 4mixed with mathicng pigment epoxy touch ups including rubbing curring moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc complete at all levels 8.2.2 granite stone slab colour black 10 Providing edge mulding to 18mm thick marble ston counters vanities etc including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc complete as per design approved by Enginner in charge. 11 Earth work in Embankment (lead upto 8km) in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth earth work in embenkment to in 20cm layers including remming and dresssing the surface to required levels and slops also including 1.50m lift and 30m lead The earth form cutting to be used in making in embekment or to be disposited and spoil baks with in 30M distance as directed by the engineer in charge etc all complete as per the directin of engineer in charge. 12 Chequred terrazo tiles 22mm thick with graded marble chips of size up to 6mm in floors joints with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (I cement 41coarse sand) 13 Providing and fixing stainless steel (grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes channels plates etc. including welding grinding buffing polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complet i/c fixing the railing with neccesary accessories & stainless steel dash stainless steel bolt etc. of required size on the top of the floor of the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer incharge (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts bolts fasternes etc) 14 Sanitary fitting work…….etc with ac 15 Electrician fiting work.etc with ac
