Dismantling of various equipment’s in MRSS-1 <(>&<)> MRSS-2 <(>&<)> EPTCL with safety for which tentative list of material is provided in annexure-1 for ready reference. 2. Dismantling and shifting of Copper <(>&<)> Aluminum material, Structure and further shifting them to secondary sales store yard / MRSS1 scrap yard as per the instruction of AMNS site engineer. 3. Small cable scraps to be sent to scrap yard and long run cables to be rolled back in drums and kept in stores. 4. Dismantled CT, CVT, LA, Breaker shall be kept in Stores in proper stacked manner. SF6 Gas shall be recollected back in empty cylinders and returned to AMNS. 5. Any kind of damage to any porcelain or any equipment will not be acceptable. 6. Aluminum Conductors and IPS Tube shall be kept in secondary sales store yard post dismantling. 7. Contractor to nominate one safety officer, one erection incharge <(>&<)> suitable experienced team to work in substation for this work with proper safety. 8. All material to be disposed or shifted to scrap yard/secondary sales yard with proper material identification and segregation as per instruction of AMNS site engineer. 9. All kind of transportation for shifting of material from site to scrap yard/secondary sales yard is in contractor’s scope. 10. Man <(>&<)> Material transportation from workplace to site <(>&<)> vice versa in line with safety guidelines of AM/NS. 11. To follow and implement safety development as per AMNS safety policy. 12. All required consumables, lifting tools <(>&<)> tackles, etc. of any capacity is in contractor’s scope. 13. All required heavy equipment’s of any capacity like crane, Farana, trailer, man-lifter, etc. is in contractor’s scope. 14. SF6 Gas of the breaker to be safely recovered and filled in empty cylinders (cylinders will be provided by 15. Boarding, Lodging, conveyance, insurance, and necessary statutory requirements shall be in scope of contractor. 16. The Team shall work as pr requirement and instruction of Electrical team of MRSS Central Electrical team. 17. Logbook shall be maintained by the team in which all the details of work done on daily basis shall be mentioned. 18. The agency must submit the bills of team in 1st week of every month. 19. In normal circumstances one team is sufficient per day. But may need 2 teams per day as per requirements during peak time. 20. The vendor must do alternate arrangements if the team is going for leave. 21. The internal movement of team/ transportation shall be in scope of vendor only. Safety HSE: 1. Two wheelers are not allowed inside plant. 2. The team members shall be medically fit and healthy to work at site. 3. No Compromise Related to Safety. Scope of work for AMNSI: 1. Single point power supply and water will be provided at site. 2. Power connection to be provide from nearby (Approx. 300 Meter) source. 3. Cable to be arrange by vendor. 4. Cylinder for SF6 Gas of the breaker will be provided by AMNS. 5. Coordinate with the agencies deployed for execution. 6. Specific penalty for non-performance by vendor and shall be jointly measured. 7. If the team is not performed well as per scope explained shall be appropriately penalized and result in termination of contract if situation remains unchanged.
