Dismantling the High Pressure Heater 5A: 4 Dismantling of Feed water Inlet line & Feed water outlet line (Dia:550mm, Thickness:54mm, Rating: Forging) pipelines. 5 Dismantling of Steam inlet pipe line (Dia:323.9mm, Thickness:12.7mm, Rating: Forging) 6 Dismantling of Drain Outlet (Dia:273.1mm, Thickness:9.27mm, Rating: Forging), Drain Inlet (Dia:219.1mm, Thickness:8.18, Rating: Forging), DC Zone Bypass (Dia:273.1, Thickness:8.18mm, Rating: Forging) pipelines. 7 Dismantling of Liquid level Stand Connection (Dia:60.3mm, Thickness:8.74mm); Channel start up vent (Dia:33.4mm, Thickness:9.09mm); Channel Drain (Dia:33.4mm, Thickness:9.09mm) pipelines. 8 Dismantling of Operating Air vent, Shell Start Up vent, Shell Drain (Dia:33.4mm, Thickness:4.55mm) and all other connected vent & drain lines. 9 Removal of safety valve, Transporting the defective HP Heater 5B (Length: 10mtr., Height: 1.77mtr., Weight:49ton) from 8.5 meter floor to service bay at Ground Floor and devoluting to NCTPS-II stores 10 B. Erection & Commissioning of New HP Heater 5A: 11 Transporting the New HP Heater (Length: 10mtr., Height: 1.77mtr., Weight:49ton)from service bay Ground Floor to 8.5meter, placing the heater bed and assembling the safety valves with new gaskets. 12 Positioning, Leveling & Aligning of the New HP Heater 5B (Length: 10mtr., Height: 1.77mtr., Weight:49ton) in the Heater Bed. 13 Providing temporary dummy for the Feed Water Inlet, Outlet, Extraction Line, Drip, Drain and all other connected pipe lines of the HP Heater 5A. 14 Removal of temporary dummy from the Feed Water Inlet, Outlet, Extraction Line, Drip, Drain and all other connected pipe lines of the HP Heater 5A. 15 Welding the Feed water Inlet line & Feed water outlet (Dia:550mm, Thickness:54mm, Rating: Forging) Extraction pipe line (Dia:323.9mm, Thickness:12.7mm, Rating: Forging) Drain Outlet (Dia:273.1mm, Thickness:9.27mm, Rating: Forging) Drain Inlet (Dia:219.1mm, Thickness:8.18, Rating: Forging) DC Zone Bypass (Dia:273.1, Thickness:8.18mm, Rating: Forging) by Grinding, edge preparation, Fit up, Pre heating and post heating line and welding as per IBR quality. 16 Providing of Spool piecesfor various pipes connected to the HP Heater 5B Liquid level Stand Connection (Dia:60.3mm, Thickness:8.74mm) Channel start up vent (Dia:33.4mm, Thickness:9.09mm) Channel Drain (Dia:33.4mm, Thickness:9.09mm) Operating Air Outlet, Shell Start Up vent, Shell Drain (Dia:33.4mm, Thickness:4.55mm) and all other connected vent & drain lines by cutting to required sizes, grinding, edge preparation. 17 Welding the all other pipes connected to the HP Heater 5B Liquid level Stand Connection (Dia:60.3mm, Thickness:8.74mm) Channel start up vent (Dia:33.4mm, Thickness:9.09mm) Channel Drain (Dia:33.4mm, Thickness:9.09mm) Operating Air Outlet, Shell Start Up vent, Shell Drain (Dia:33.4mm, Thickness:4.55mm) and all other connected vent & drain lines. 18 Conducting ultrasonic test before and after stress relieving by applying solution near the welding surface, checking the strength of the root and filler welding using special ultrasonic kit and identifying welding defect if any as a quality assurance measure for Feed water Inlet line & Feed water outlet (Dia:550mm, Thickness:54mm, Rating: Forging) 19 Conducting Radiography test Extraction pipe line (Dia:323.9mm, Thickness:12.7mm, Rating: Forging) Drain Outlet (Dia:273.1mm, Thickness:9.27mm, Rating: Forging) Drain Inlet (Dia:219.1mm, Thickness:8.18, Rating: Forging) DC Zone Bypass (Dia:273.1, Thickness:8.18mm, Rating: Forging) 20 Commissioning of the HP Heater 5B by admitting Extraction Steam and feed water and ensuring the performance of the Heater. 21 Dismantling the temporary hanger supports for Feed Water inlet line, Feed Water outlet line, Drip line, Drain lines and extraction steam lines. 22 Dismantling of approach ladder and working Platform for the height of 5Mtr. 23 Dismantling the Existing brick masonry, Existing R.C. Concrete foundation, disposing the debries, providing new brick work, R.C.C and Plastering works.
