1)Providing and fixing suitable Anti Bird Spikes shall be UV Stabilized Bird Deterrent and made from premium quality virgin polycarbonate material. They can be resistant to corrosion and degradation. They can be customized to fit specific surfaces and come in various lengths and configurations to suit the unique needs of each location. (One year warranty towards manufacturing defects of the product), all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and following specifications.

1.1.) a) Material of Spikes- U.V. stabilized Polycarbonate. Heat and weather resistant. Nonconductive and should not interfere with radio signals.b) Colour of Spikes-Transparent.c) Fixing of base- For fixing the base, nails, screws, wires or any other metallic object will not be used. Non-corroding, waterproof, all weather-proof, non-interfering with radio signals adhesive should be used and also Locking with Nylon Non-Releasable Cable Ties can withstand in Temperature -40C to +85C. d) Type of Spikes- Minimum Base of spikes 45mm, Height of spikes 125mm and minimum number of Spikes 29 Nos with alternate single and multi-spikes at a distance of one inch from centre to centre ( As per manufacturer specifications ). e) Flexibility of base- Should be flexible enough to be mountable on plane or curved surface and bend up to 360degree.f) Density of prongs- Top branches protruding from the vertical shafts to give impenetrable coverage to avoid any sitting of birds. g) Environment factor- Environmentally safe, Non-lethal/Non-Toxic and eco-friendly Product.

2) Cleaning of structural glazing / facade work by using standard cleaning materials with the help of scaffolding/Jhoola etc. Building is covered with structural glazing work which is consist of combination of both side glass and aluminium composite panel. The chemical / cleaning materials should be of quality so that no damage / corrosion occurs to glass and aluminium composite panel. Further, utmost care is to be taken so that no scratch either in glass or Aluminium panel occurs. Structural glazing / facade area to be clean both side Externally and Internally by providing highly skilled manpower, cleaning materials, tools , chemicals, etc. along with equipment’s, machinery , T&P as per site requirement & all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Quoted rate should be inclusive of GST and all types of safety measures, equipment / apparatus & PPEs & all types of anchoring, hanging, scaffolding or any other similar types of equipment to execute the job).

3) Cleaning of spider cobweb work by using standard cleaning materials with the help of scaffolding/ Jhoola etc. Internally by providing highly skilled manpower, cleaning materials, tools, chemicals, etc. along with equipment’s, machinery, T&P as per site requirement & all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Quoted rate should be inclusive of GST and all types of safety measures, equipment / apparatus & PPEs & all types of anchoring, hanging, scaffolding or any other similar types of equipment to execute the job). (Approx. surface area 400 sqm )
