NO(WBS):C-24-PUNE1-126S - Item Details : AMNSI Pune Facility, Sanaswadi is planning to install a new 150 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) to treat sewage generated within its promises. Techno-commercial proposals are invited for design, supply erection <(>&<)> commissioning of 150 KLD STP. A. Design Basis 1.Plant capacity – 150 KLD (Max) 2.Plant Operating hours – 22 hrs max. 3.Sewage testing parameters. Inlet influent testing Parameters pH = 6-8 TSS = 60-100 mg/l TDS = 600-700 mg/l COD = 200-250 mg/l BOD = 40-80 mg/l Oil <(>&<)> Grease <(><<)>20 mg/l Chloride as Cl- = 200-220 mg/l Sulphate as SO42 = 50-80 mg/l Silica = 1-2 mg/l Total Phosphate = 5-15 mg/l Total Hardness = 200-250 mg/l Calcium Hardness = 100-120 mg/l Magnesium Hardness = 20-30 mg/l Iron as Fe = 0.05-0.1 mg/l CO3 as CaCO3 = <(><<)>2 mg/l HCO3 as CaCO3 = 200-220 mg/l Heavy Metal =0.01-0.05 mg/l Electrical Conductivity = 900-950 µS/cm Ortho Phosphate = 8-12 mg/l Hexavalent Chromium = <(><<)>0.05 mg/l Note: •Bidder to re-verify above parameters by at least 3 different random sample testing before detailed designing. •Bidder to consider oil <(>&<)> grease separation system as there are very rare instances of coming in sewage. Performance Guarantee Proposed solution should guarantee the desired values of effluent’s Parameters below MPCB norms. pH - 6-8 BOD <(><<)>10 mg/l COD <(><<)>50 mg/l TSS <(><<)>20 Mg/l •Bidder shall ensure the effluent is transparent and odourless water which is acceptable to use in gardening. •The provided solution must ensure that no foul smell is present during the process as well as in the output water. •Operational parameters will be part of PG. Existing facility available 1.Total area available for installation: 10 meters (Wide) X 15 meters (Length) 2.Equalisation tank capacity – 200 m3 (Civil) 3.Treated water tank capacity – 10 m3 (Civil) •Efficient design which can accommodate in available space with minimum modification to the existing Civil structure is to be ensured. •Bidder to utilize maximum of existing facility available on-site and accordingly route the piping. •Any modification required in Equalization tank (except Civil work) will be in Bidder Scope.
