    Auction For Contract For Up-Gradation, Maintenance And Manning Of Ist Class Ac Waiting Room For Gents Ac Waiting Room (Unit 1 Having Approx Area 24.563 Sqmt) And Ladies Ac Waiting Room (2 Units Having Approx Area Of 27.346 Sqmt) With Modern Facilities, Amenities Etc. Situated At Platform No-1 Of Raebareli Railway Station.Two Units Are Separetly Operated By The Licensee (Unit 1&2). Area And Other Details Are Shown In Map. The Entry Shall Be Regulated And Will Be Chargeable On Per Hour Basis At The Following Rates: I. Per Hour Rate For An Adult - 20/- Ii. Per Hour Rate For A Child (Age 5 To 12 Years) = Rs.10/- Iii. Per Hour Rate For A Child (Below 5 Years)= Nil Bidder Has To Check The Feasibility And Condition Of The Site Before Participating In E-Auction. The Standard Conditions Of Contract, Special Conditions For Contract And Additional Special Conditions For Ac Waiting Hall Management Contracts Issued From Railway Board Shall Be Applicable On Contracts Awarded Through E-Auction.
