| 28 | Credit to the department the unserviceable recovered reinforcement obtained while demolshing the front elevation dome of Telephone Exchange building at Palakonda. |
| 29 | Removing the steel window alongwith the shutters and refixing the same after attending necessary repairs in theelevation wall including applying greease to the hinges or wherever required etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. |
| 30 | Fixing of Reinforced bars to the existing concrete or brick work members such as lintel beams, walls upto a depth of 60 to 120mm by drilling holes of required dia i.e. 12mm/14mm/16mm/20mm dia on vertical / horizontal faces with hammer drill machine. The drilled holes are to be cleaned with brush and water to remove the dust completely and fill the holes with Anchoring chemical grout LOKFIX of Fosroc make or equivalent grout for embedding Reinforcement bars of required dia to the requred depth as per direction of Engineer in charge. The work includes cost of labour charges, tools & machinery and Fosroc Lokfix chemical grout but excluding the cost of Reinforcement which will be paid seperately ( up to height of five stories only) |
| 31 | Supplying and application of Nitobond E.P of M/S Fosroc chemicals or equivalent epoxy bonding agent over the old concrete surface including the cost of materials, hire charges of tools and plants,labour etc,complete. The measurement shall be taken as the finished surface area of the repaired structural members repaired surface. |
| 32 | Uprooting of trees / plants/shurbs on the surface of wall/roof in the building premises in the following operations as per the directions of Engineer in charge upto G+1 floors:i) Reaching upto the vicinity of the vegetation by erecting temporary scaffolding or with the help of suspended Jhula.(ii) Removing the vegetation along with roots including its traces. (iii) Saturating the area with dilute acid.(iv) Repairs to plaster damaged due to uprooting of vegetation, including cleaning and preparing the surface if required with PCC 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 4 Graded stone agggregate 20 mm nominal size)and plastering over it with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Fine sand)Note : (a) The rate includes all the material,tools & plants required for the job including safety arrangement, insurance, scaffolding etc.. all complete. (b) Precautionary measure should be taken for safety of the workers while executing the work for which no extra will be paid. |
