Tender For Dismantling, Fabrication And Erection Work For Various Items And Pipelines In Season 2024-25 - 2 Making and installing new covers of pinions of mill rollers.3 Repairing and installing damaged and corroded juice trays fitted under TRPF.4 Cutting and removing damaged and worn out runners of can carrier, bagasse carrier, rack carrier and installing grinder and installing new runner.5 Cutting and removing damaged and corroded side plates of fiberizer etc. and installing new plates.6 Replacing worn out and weak troughs of rack carrier no. 1,2 and 3 and secondary can carrier.7 Replacing worn out side plates of can carrier, rack carrier, bagasse carrier and secondary can carrier.8 Making and installing new and lining the groove deflector plate of fiberizer and doing steel lining.9 Removing damaged and broken square bars of bridge and trolley of can unloader and cleaning its surface using grinder and installing new square bars by pressing and welding them. 10. Making and installing new bottom boot of TRPF. 11 fey dh 13 Renovation and installation of lane guides of secondary cane carrier/bagasse carrier.15 (A) Screw Conveyor Making the scroll with shaft and fixing it in place and giving it a trial. Cutting the damaged and corroded portion of the body of the screw conveyor and making and fixing it properly.18 Making and fixing the corroded cone of the round tanks fitted in the mill: (a) From 1.5 feet dia to 2.5 feet dia19 (b) From 2.5 feet dia to 5 feet dia20 (c) From 5 ft dia. and above.21 Making the cut teeth of crown pinions of mill rollers into profile with the given welding rod and hard facing them.22 Cutting and removing the runner box of secondary cane carrier and rack carrier and giving trial by fitting the given angle for the runner.23 Fixing the drum and teeth of TRPF roller with MS welding electrode and hard facing them later.24 Removing the worn out boot of IRC/SRC in the mill and making a new one from the given plate and fitting it.
