    Supply Of End Wall Assembly For Lhb Amrit Bharat Coachesend Wall Assembly For Lhb Amrit Bharat Coaches,End Wall Assembly For Lhb Gs & Scn (Amrit Bharat ) Coaches Note:-(1)In Dra Wings Mig Welding (131) Is To Be Read As Tig Welding (141) As Per Design Letter No. Md4 6231 Dated 16.03.2024. (2)Firm Shall Collect All Latest/Final Drawings Before Manufact Uring. There May Be Minor Modification In Design To Suit Ralway Requirement & Modif Ication To Be Carried Out By Firm At No Further Cost To Railway., As Per Drawing: 7541500 1 Alt. Nil, Packing Instruction: 1. The Supplier Shall Pack The End Wall In A Suitably Designed Returnable Fixture In Such A Way That End Wall Shall Not Get Scratched, Damaged, T Wisted During Transportation, Storage And Lifting And To Avoid Scratches On Oute R Surface. It Should Be Seperated By Suitable Environment Friendly Blocks To Avaoi D Rubbing Of Two Endwall Surfaces . It Should Have Standard Clamping /Fastening M Echanism So That It Can Be Opened Easily. It Should Have Firms Identification Mark. 2. First Returanable Fixture Along With End Wall Be Retained By Rcf & This Fixture Shal L Be Exchanged In The Second Lot Supply And So On. At The End Of The Contact, The Fi Rm Shall Collect The Remaining Returnable Packing Fixture From Rcf. 3. The Packing Fixture/Frame To Be Fabricated Having Sufficient Strenght To Bear Approximate 2 To Nne Load In Static & Moving Condition Of Two Coach Sets Of End Wall. 4. The Fixture /F Rame/Pallet Should Be Designed So That The Packed End Wall Preferably Remain In V Ertical Position To Minimize Surface Area. 5. It Should Also Be Suitable For Storage Of End Wallunder Open Sky. [ Warranty Period: 30 Months After The Date Of Delivery ] , Set Of End Wall Assly For Lhb Slrd Amrit Bharat Coaches.
