    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - One Time Repair Case For Repair/ Refurbishment Of Atus And Hes Onboard Ins Kirch - Removal Shifting, Replacement / refitment and trials of HEs. Scope of work:(a) Dismantling of HE’s on board ship.(b) Disconnect all inlet /outlet chilled water piping’s and trunking. (c) Removal of all cooling coils.(d) Shifting of old cooling coils to jetty.(e) Shifting of repaired cooling coils from store to jetty.(f) Lowering of repaired cooling coil from jetty to on-board.(g) Shifting of repaired cooling coil to respective compartment and fixing on respective HE location.(h) Connection of inlet / outlet piping’s of HE, Trilas and proving of the system. Removal, Shifting, Replacement / refitment and Trials of ATUs. Scope of work:(a) Dismantling of ATUs on-board ship.(b) Disconnect all inlet / outlet chilled water piping’s and trunking.(c) Removal of all cooling coils.(d) Shifting of old cooling coils to jetty.(e) Shifting of repaired cooling coil from store to jetty.(f) Lowering of repaired cooling coil from jetty to on-board.(g) Shifting of repaired cooling coil to respective compartment and fixing on respective ATU location.(h) Connection of inlet / outlet piping’s of ATU, trials and proving of the system. Serviceability checks & repairs of HEs including chemical cleaning and PT Serviceability checks & repairs of ATUs including chemical cleaning and PT Total Quantity :
