Providing water proof pandal to facilitate voters to stand in queue or for sitting space for voters on Election day . The Pandal shall be erected on G.I pipe frame work supported on woodern ballies / steel props withdecorative cloth at the ceilling level supported on vertical woodern ballies / steel props.The vertical supports shall be covered with decorative cloth for the full height . The pandal shall be erected one day prior to the day of poll and shall be kept till the end of the polling process as per the instructions of the Engineer in -charge . The Pandal shall be dismantled and the area shall be cleaned with removal of rubbish at the end of the poll .

Providing water proof material / G.I sheets over the pandal includingtransportation , material labour for errection and removing it after the end of the poll .

Providing vertical cloth pardi of 1 metre depth at top and bottom of the pandal on three sides. The vertical pardi shall be errected for the pandal as per the instruction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick cotton Red Carpet on rental basis.

Supply of office Chair, Brand name prince made out of steel frame with powder coating and cusions etc. complete with 2 years warantee.

Supply of office table, Brand name prince made out of steel frame having laminated top ply of size 4\"x 2\" with drover and locking arrangements with 2 years warantee.

Supply of 28 W T 5 single fluorescent luminaire with electronic ballst complete with all accessories including 28 W T5 fluorecent tube.

Providing flex board with 10 x 3 ft anf 15 ft cloth and(3/4\") M.S. frame size at the entrance to show the location and printing the given matter and signages as per the direction of R.O. for 09-Porvorim Constituency near pinkbooth.

Providing and installing Pink colour satin fabric curtain to the windows of pink booth, including stisching, rings and labour charges etc complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing decorations at the polling stations based on the designated theme using suitable material such as coloured cloth, ballons,coloured paper, palm leaves and other eco friendly material etc. Providing decorative drapes for railings, torans made out of flowers and leaves for doors and walls, providing and placing live potted plants, providing and laying covers for tables and chairs etc as directed and as per requirements
