    21. Overhauling i.e. dismantling, cleaning, sorting, repairing, assembly and commissioning of following auxiliary and main cane carriers, main and inter rake elevators & bagasse elevators (11 mtr. & 23 mtr.) and bagasse carrier (21 mtr.) of mill house. Approximate length of chain 1445 mtrs. Main jobs to be carried out are as per Technical Bid 2. Repairing, cleaning and stacking of rakes of main rake carrier and inter rake carrier after dismantling from forged block chain. Quantity of rakes 125 nos. (50 nos MRC, 75 nos IRC) Main jobs to be carried out are as per Technical Bid: 3. Repairing, cleaning and stacking of rakes of bagasse elevators/ carriers after dismantling from chain. Quantity of rakes 280 nos. (85 nos. 11 mtr.B.E., 110 nos. 23 mtr B.E., 95 nos. 21 mtr B.C.) Main jobs to be carried out are as per Technical Bid 4. Repairing, cleaning and stacking of slats of main and auxiliary cane carrier after dismantling from chain. Quantity of slats 730 nos. (608 nos. main cane carrier, 125 auxiliary cane carrier) Main jobs to be carried out are as per Technical Bid
    3Routine cleaning, repair and maintenance jobs of chain of all carriers i.e main & auxiliary cane carrier, main & inter rake carriers, bagasse elevator and bagasse carrier during operation and general cleanings at Mill housefor crushing season 2023-24. Mainjobs to be done:
