3S & F in repairs 0.63 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting with zinc coating @ 275 grams per sqm in ridges all as per site requirement

5S & F in repairs 1 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting with zinc coating @ 275 grams per sqm in valley gutter with 150 mm lap joint water proof as directed cut to size and bent to shape turning up and down including stopped end punching holes and making with head screws to support with bitumen washers all as specified.
6All as per item No 05 butfixing only (except sheeting) all as per site requirement & directed by EIC
7M&L in cleaning Valley gutter to avoid water blockage and making joints good for lap jointing with bituminous water proofing membrane complete all as specified.
8S & F in repairs to valley gutter joints with 150 mm lap joint with bituminous water proof membrane as directed cut to size and bent to shape turning up and down including stopped end punching holes and making with head screws to support with bitumen washers all as specified.
9S & F in repairs wrought iron or mild steel work as in MS wind ties of specified size for AC Sheet roofing including all necessary drilling,bolting or riveting etc and similar work coinforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed by EIC.
10Fixing only in repairs only MS wind ties after fixing of AC sheet all as specified and directed by EIC.
11M & L for painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces or rusted old surfaces in wind ties, sheets etc exc 10cm width or girth including preparation of new or rusted steel surfaces all as specified and directed by EIC.
12M & L for painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel painted surfaces in wind ties, sheets etc exc 10 cm width or girth including preparation of old steel painted surfaces all as specified and directed by EIC.
13S&F in repiars Black, corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.63mm thick with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in wall partition/cladding etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
14All as per item No 13 but Except Sheeting
15M&L Repair to mild steel door including greasing, oiling, etc., without taking down the mild steel door complete all as specified and as directed.
16M&L taking down the mild steel door of PFs or ESHs and repairs required like Straightening bent doors and fixing again including greasing, oiling, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
17M & L in repairs 2nd class hard wood wrought timber framed and fixed as in trusses and scantiling, any type of frame work, in cladding, purlins, rafters etc including cutting, drilling, bolting etc complete all as specified andas directed.

22Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden/any type of frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.
23M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonry uncoursed or brought upto course in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.
24M&L for raised pointing to random rubble or polygonal rubble masonry uncoursed or brought upto course in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.
25Dismantling of asbestos cement sheets any corrugation including ridge as in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.
26S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall , fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

29Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description from stone/ brick or concrete surface of wall/ ceiling etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.
30M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick/ stone wall or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
31Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick (in two coats of 10mm under coat and 5mm plaster) on fair faces of brick work/ stone or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement for both coats mixed with integral water proofing compound at the rate of 3% by weight of cement all as per manufactures instructions incl necessary scaffolding etc for any height complete all as specified and directed. Note: water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.
32Supply only Integral water proofing compound of make IMPERMO/ ACCOPROOF complete all as specified and directed.
33Taking down timber roof trusses clear span above 4m & up to 8m, coupled rafters or truss beam complete all as specified and directed.
34Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.
35Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) but exceeding 1.5Sqm and not exceeding 4.00Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

38S&F second class hard wood factory made glazed and skeleton door/window shutter 35mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze ect divided in to squares with plain, chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars any numbers & fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I 1991 section 8 clause 8.20 (b) complete all as specified and directed.
39M&L for preparation and treating ends of posts, back of chowkats etc area of tarred exc 0.10Sqm but n exc 0.50Sqm complete complete all as specified and directed.

52M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed.
53M&L for preparation of old platered surfaces including corners etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing and applying one coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.
54M and L for one coat of cement base paint (plain) over old decorated / unplastered surfaces of walls of any description including preparation of treated plastered / unplastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
55M and L preparation of newly plaster surface on external wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
56Dismantling of timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section, in any position fillet, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc in unframed works complete all as specified and directed.
57Dismantling of timber fillet under 40 Sqcm in section, in any position fillet, rails posts, rafters, purlins etc in frame works complete all as specified and directed.

61Cutting holes into or through brick/ stone walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and making good in CM 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required of superficial area exceeding 150 Sqcm but n exc 400Sqcm complete all as specified and directed.
62M&L for rolled mild steel section as in main and cross beam, hip and jack rafter, purlins, brackets, extentions for rafters fixed on wooden members for fixing galvalume sheet where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates,Fe-290 (Gde E-165) including drilling, cutting,bolting, welding etc. complete all as specified and directed.
