Polymeric water proofing membrane should be five layered with centre core as 90 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film, min weight 3.5 Kg per sqm. APP membrane shall laid acorss the slope from lowest line of sloping roof towards ridge. (d) Finishing with aluminium paint applied @ 0.11 Kg/sqm over the APP. Note : (i) Care shall be taken to avoid wrinkle and air gaps while sticking membrane to the bitumen applied surface. (ii) Ponding test shall be conducted for 72 hrs as directed by Engr-In-Charge. (iii)Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately. |
