19	Supplying and fixing gypsum ceiling boards of Gyproc or other approved make of 600x600x12mm size over inter locking aluminium ceiling grids with 25x25x1.5mm anodized aluminium angles or equivalent sections fixed alround walls at the required height for false ceiling using rawal plugs, screws etc. 36x25x1.5mm anodized aluminium main tees or equivalent sections 600 mm intervals suspended from the roof truss work using combinations of M.S rods (issued from HOCL stores) welded/bolted to the existing truss members to the required length and adjustable 6mm suspension rod, holding nuts, washers etc. 25x25x1.5mm Tees interlocked to this main Tees at bottom part including providing necessary frame work for tube light fittings etc. complete as per the direction including painting with two coats of plastic emulsion paint including 1 coat of cement primer to all faces of the tiles.No deductions shall be made for light points.

22	Painting with plastic emulsion paint two coats to walls over a priming coat after cleaning the surfaces including smootheningthesurface with sand paper, cleaningincluding cost of all labour,materials andscaffolding etc.at all heights
23	Paintingwith synthetic enamel paint one coatof approved quality and colour to new/old surfaces of structural steel works doors ,windows of steel/wood etc.after rubbing with sand paper and cleaning well the surfaces including cost of all labour,materials andscaffolding etc.at all heights.
24	Painting to outside walls with premium quality exterior emulsion paints (Excel, Apex,.... etc) of approved quality and shade two coats over a coat of cement primer, including washing and cleaning the surface, wetting etc. complete at all heights.
25	Providing and laying 10 mm thick or nearest size first class light colured antiskid tiles, double charge of size for floor (60 x 60 cm or nearest available size) (Johnson / somany / Khajaria pilkington or equivalant make) over cement mortar 1:3 ,12mm thick and necessary cement grout, filling the tile joints with matching colour epoxy (laticrete, mapei , weber or equivalent) using suitable spacers ,finishing neat to lines and level, including removing the existing mosiac lining from floor and disposing the debrices pointed out anywhere within the company premises etc. complete.
26	Providing and laying 10 mm thick or nearest size first class light colured tiles for walls of size 120 x 60 cm, double charge, (Johnson / somany pilkington or equivalant make) as per the design (with highlighter tiles), over cement mortar 1:3 ,12mm thick and necessary cement grout including dismatling and removing the existing mosaic lining and plastering the walls in lines and levels for dadoing, illing the tile joints with matching colour epoxy (laticrete, mapei , weber or equivalent) using suitable spacers , including disposing the debrices pointed out any where within the company premises etc.complete.
27	Supplying and fixing steel ventilators of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and welded with 15 x 3 mm MS plugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete blocks 15x10x10cm inside with 1:3:6 mix with 20 mm metal or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required, providing 12mm dia MS bars @ 120mm c/c and necessary hinges or pivots, fixing 4 mm thick plain glass panes with glazing clips and special metal sash putty of approved make complete, applying two coats of approved quality zinc chromate primer (one shop coat and one coat after fixing ) and two coats of approved quality and colour enamel paint, including removing the old ventilators from the wall, finishing the surface for fixing new ones and disposing the old ventilators at places pointed out any where with in the company premises etc. complete.
28	Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door with Frames of cross-section 85 mm x 45 mmor nearest available size of having single rebate to receive shutter of 28 mm thickness. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides.
