5	Random rubble masonry with lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime : 1 C. Sand : 1 Brick Surkhi) mixed with traditional adhesive material like belgiri, gum, gud in New Stone as per matching the original etc complete.
6	Coursed rubble masonry with lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime : 1 C. Sand : 1 Brick Surkhi) mixed with traditional adhesive material like belgiri, gum, gud in New Stone as per matching the original etc complete.
7	Replastering of (25 to 30mm) average thick in two coat with lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime : 1 C.Sand : 1 Surkhi) mixed with traditional adhesive material that is belgiri, gud, gond etc as per design/texture & top of wall & parapet wall etc complete in all respect.
8	Decorative plaster to make designs (flower, arches, etc) with (25 to 30mm) average thickness of the plaster in three coat with lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime : 1 Surkhi : 1 C. Sand) mixed with waterproofing compound & traditional adhesive material i.e. Gud, Belgiri, Gond, Jute etc highly moulded and carved with design as per original etc complete in all respect.
9	Providing & laying 1:2 lime concrete with brick aggregate (20mm down gauge) & 50% of lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime : 1 Surkhi : 1 C. Sand) with binding solution of belgiri, gud, methi, jute and adhesive material beating with bamboo stick first & then with thaphi till the surface is harden to maintain the proper slope & top surface finishing etc complete in all respect.
10	Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87- 0.89 kg/ litre and viscosity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under: Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/ 5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/ 250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorized applicator of the manufacturer of membrane of avg 3mm thickness etc complete.
11	Taking out and replacing the old broken/cracked/missing chajja stones by providing & fixing 50mm thick average thickness (matching the original) including making the grooves & joints and interlocking with S.S. Rod (Nails) and anchoring pin with lime mortar as per the original etc complete.
12	Providing and laying 50 mm thick avg Bansi Pahadpur flag stone matching to original over 20mm thick base Lime cement mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 coarse sand : 1coarse surkhi) adhesive material including cutting, chiseling molding and fixing etc complete. (Note-The sample of flag stone will be approved by circle office before execution of the work)
13	Restoration of balcony Jharokha by providing new & old Stone Member of Pillars (Red Sand Stone 0.10x0.10m) including fine dressing with carrying, molding design and fixing in rich mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime : 1 Surkhi : 1 C. Sand) mixed with adhesive material like gud, belgiri, gond etc with clamping/anchoring with 16mm Square S.S. Rod (Nail) with filling with lead araldite complete in all respect including lifting with help of chain pully/jack & keeping all at their proper place at height 4-5mtr etc complete.
14	Restoration of balcony Jharokha by providing new & old Stone Member of Pillars (Red Sand Stone 0.15x0.15m) including fine dressing with carrying, molding design and fixing in rich mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime : 1 Surkhi : 1 C. Sand) mixed with adhesive material like gud, belgiri, gond etc with clamping/anchoring with 16mm Square S.S. Rod (Nail) with filling with lead araldite complete in all respect including lifting with help of chain pully/jack & keeping all at their proper place at height 4-5mtr etc complete.
15	Taking out and lowering down & replacement of broken & Cracked Stone Jalli (Facing ) 40 MM (avg) thickness fixing with 1:1:1 Lime Surkhi Mortar (1 Lime : 1 Surkhi : 1 C. Sand) for making original design & fixing with S.S.Rod (Nail) very carefully very slowly without disturbing the adjoining Stone Members etc complete.
16	Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture etc complete.
17	Providing & Fixing the rain water stone Nala 9"" dia & 1.00mtr length with lime mortar 1:1:1 (1Lime : 1 C. Sand : 1 B. Surkhi) as per traditional design etc complete in all respect.
18	Erection and dismantling scaffolding with wooden ballies and bamboo challies for execution of work including carrying the scaffolding material to working site etc complete.
19	Disposal of unwanted waste material / malba received from the site during the work after stacking and measuring by mechanical transportation upto lead of 6- 7km from site area for site clearance and good appearance. (Note - It is for estimate purpose only actual qty. will be measured and recorded during execution of the work)
