    Repairing Of Sds Panel With 75Kw Pump Motor Set And Allied Works At Jhankar Intermediate Pumping Station Under Siliguri Comprehensive Water Supply Scheme-2 3 pole Power contactor ML6 2NO+2NC AC-110A, 240V if L&T or any other approved of similar specification. 3 Spare Contact kit ML6 if L&T or any other approved of similar specification. 4 Copper flat socket 300 sqmm 5 Star Delta Timer 240V 6 Hexagonal Nut 5/8 x 4 7 Hexagonal Bolt 5/8 x 4 8 Washer 5/8 x 4 9 Glass Epoxy Sheet 10 Glass Lead wire 35 sqmm 11 Glass Lead wire 95 sqmm 12 Copper Socket 35 sqmm 13 Copper Socket 95 sqmm 14 Rubber van bush 15 Bearing 6308 ZZ 16 Hoisting the volute casing with Impeller, shaft & other spares from under ground pump house after detaching the pump casing upper portion carefully with the help of chainpully block, tools & tackles as per direction of EIC. 17 Scrapping, cleaning and thorough overhauling the volute of the pump cover both lower & upper body inside portion along with the fitting fixing of above supplied pump bearing as per direction of EIC. 18 Dismantling & lifting the horizontal motr from underground pump house by taking out the rotor, bearing housing etc part by part, washing claning & heat varnishing with Doctors make varnish as per direction of EIC. (75 KW Motor). 19 Supply & delivery of following items:- 20 Bearing NU317ECM/C3. 21 Bearing 6317 2Z/C3. 22 Lowering & reinstallation of the motor on underground base after thorough overhauling, greasing the both side bearing, re-assembling & making proper alignment with pump by supplying all required materials to complete the job including testing & commissioning of the pump motor on full load upto the entire satisfaction of the EIC. 23 [Make: As per departmental approved vendor lis. 24 Add GST @18% 25 Add Labour Welfare Cess @ 1%
